How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unopened and unused items. Please note that certain digital products and clearance items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Many of the electronic cutting machines and tools we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty. We recommend registering your product on the manufacturer's website immediately after purchase.
