At Craft-e-Corner, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Label your package with the RMA number and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
